Our team of expert, board-certified clinicians works with you throughout

Inpatient Rehabilitation
In
St. Luke’s Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, we use advanced technology and treatment approaches, and utilize a patient
and family-centered model to help you regain function and maximize your
independence on the journey toward home following an accident, illness
or injury.
Outpatient Rehabilitation
After you have returned home, we offer
outpatient rehabilitation services at 10 clinics throughout the region with skilled therapists in
Physical Therapy,
Occupational Therapy and
Speech Therapy. We work with you to help you achieve your highest level of independence.
Home Care Services
If you require skilled nursing care after retuning home,
St. Luke’s Home Care Services and Extended Care Services provide additional support to help patients
resume the activities of daily living after hospitalization.

Pastoral Care
St. Luke’s hospital chapel is open 24 hours for prayer and meditation.
If you would like your church to be notified about your hospitalization,
please include your church contact information in your hospital admitting
record. St. Luke’s hospital chaplains are available around the clock.
Your nurse can arrange a visit or you can call the Chaplaincy office at
218.249.5495.
Lodging
A limited number of Guest Care rooms are available for overnight lodging
within the hospital. For rates and reservations, call 218.249.5538. Many
Duluth-area hotels offer special rates for patient families and visitors.
