How do I sign up for St. Luke's myCare?
- Visit slhduluth.com/myCare
- Click on the Enroll Now link
- Complete the enrollment questionnaire
- You will receive an email from St. Luke's. Click on the link to the
portal and select a new username and password.
How do I sign up my dependent for St. Luke's myCare?
To sign up a dependent under the age of 12 for St. Luke’s myCare,
fill out this enrollment form using their information. Once your dependent’s portal is activated,
you can view their health information by logging in to their account.
To access your personal health information, you will need to log out of
your dependent’s account and log back in using your personal login
information.
If a dependent is aged 12-17, a Permission form will need to be filled
out for a parent to have access to the dependent's myCare account.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they
cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the
only ones who can access your portal. Also, a timeout feature protects
your information if you leave the portal page open. To keep your information
safe, it is important that you don't share your login information.
Where does my health information in the portal come from?
All the information in St. Luke's myCare comes from your St. Luke's
Electronic Medical Record. You always have access to the most accurate,
up-to-date information possible.
How do I log into the portal?
To log in to the portal, either search for St. Luke's within the MHealth
App or visit slhduluth.com/myCare.
Is access to the patient portal available through an Apple or Android app?
Yes, you can download the
MHealth App from the Apple Store or Google Play. Then, search for St. Luke's.
Use your login and password to access your account.
Can my family access my portal?
You can give others, such as your spouse or parents, access to your portal.
When can I see my test results?
Your test results are published to the Patient Portal by your doctor after
he or she reviews them. Most test results are on the portal within one
business day after the results have been received by your doctor. If you
have questions about your test results, call your clinic.
Why are certain test results not on the Patient Portal?
Your doctor determines which test results are available on the portal.
If results aren't published, please contact your clinic.
Do I have access to all of my health information from each clinic?
The patient portal is part of the St. Luke's health care system and
provides easy, one-step access to your health information. Your records
from each St. Luke's clinic are included in the portal.
