Anna Rosenberg, FNP

Anna provides care to St. Luke’s patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities and rehab centers. She received her Master of Science in Nursing–Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Anna returns to St. Luke’s after working at Min-No-Aya-Win Clinic in Cloquet as a family nurse practitioner. While at St. Luke’s previously, Anna served as a registered nurse on St. Luke’s intensive care units.
