WHAT: St. Luke’s Advanced Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center is hosting
a patient appreciation day event to celebrate a special milestone. The
Center has healed more than 1,000 wounds this year. To celebrate there
will be a short ceremony, refreshments and treats.
St. Luke's Advanced Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center offers highly
specialized wound care to patients suffering from diabetic ulcers, pressure
ulcers, infections and other chronic wounds which have not healed. Advanced
treatments include negative pressure wound therapy, bio-engineered skin
substitutes, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, biological and biosynthetic dressings,
and growth factor therapies.
