WHAT: A Bomb Threat Emergency Exercise is planned for Tuesday, September 25 at 8:15 a.m. at St. Luke’s campus.St. Luke’s, Duluth Fire and Police Departments, 148th Air Guard and the 55th Civil Support Team, an elite military response team out of St. Paul are participating in the exercise. The exercise provides the opportunity to review strategies and try new strategies for responding to bomb threats.
