WHAT: St. Luke’s is proud to host its second annual Mental Health Conference
at the DECC in Duluth. The majority of initial mental health care in Minnesota
is provided in the primary care setting by providers without formal psychiatric
training. The goal of the conference is to provide education for non-psychiatrists
in evidence-based assessment and treatment strategies. The event will
feature local and regional experts speaking on the most common and challenging
mental illness presentations in a clear, concise and clinically relevant fashion.
