St. Luke's Community Care Team Welcomes Anna Rosenberg, FNP

St. Luke’s Community Care team is pleased to welcome Anna Rosenberg, FNP.

Rosenberg provides care to St. Luke’s patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities and rehab centers. She received her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Practitioner degree from the College of St. Scholastica. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Rosenberg returns to St. Luke’s after working at Min-No-Aya-Win Clinic in Cloquet as a family nurse practitioner. While at St. Luke’s previously, Rosenberg served as a registered nurse on St. Luke’s intensive care units.
