Greg Ruberg Promoted to President/CEO of Lake View and Vice President of St. Luke's

Greg Ruberg has been promoted to President/CEO of Lake View and Vice President
of St. Luke’s. Lake View is part of the St. Luke’s health system.
Ruberg had been serving as Administrator of Lake View since July 2014.
In his new role, Greg will continue overseeing the day-to-day operations
of Lake View and report to the Lake View Board of Directors. In addition,
he will serve as a Vice President of St. Luke’s, working with the
rest of the St. Luke’s executive team on strategic projects and growth.
St. Luke’s President and CEO John Strange said Ruberg has done an
outstanding job leading Lake View. “He is successfully growing both
clinic and hospital services, enhancing patient care and satisfaction,
nurturing a strong employee culture, and serving as a strong leader in
the community.” Strange added, “His additional role as Vice
President of St. Luke’s will allow more of our organization to benefit
from his leadership skills.”
Ruberg completed his bachelor of health sciences degree, his master of
arts in physical therapy, and his MBA from The College of St. Scholastica
in Duluth, MN.

vision, and values to best serve our patients and their families,”
said Ruberg.
Ruberg has worked at Lake View since 1998, joining the team as the Director
of Rehabilitation Services and physical therapist and then later promoted
to the Director of Rehabilitation/Nutrition Services and Risk Management.
