Inpatient Rehabilitation Services
In St. Luke’s Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, we offer a comprehensive,
compassionate and coordinated approach to your rehab needs during your
inpatient stay. We provide highly specialized, intensive therapy through
a multi-disciplinary team of board-certified clinicians including
Physical Medicine & Rehab doctors, nurses,
Physical Therapy,
Occupational Therapy,
Speech Therapy, Psychology and Social Work. Through advanced technology and treatment
approaches, we utilize a patient and family-centered model to help you
regain function and maximize your independence on the journey toward home
following an accident, illness or injury.
Our CARF and JACHO accredited program focuses on specialized treatment
in a variety of areas including but not limited to:
- Stroke
- Brain injury
- Major multiple trauma injuries
- Hip fracture
- Neurological disorders
- Spinal cord injury
- Bilateral joint replacement
Following your inpatient stay, we offer a thorough continuum of care through
our Day Rehab Program on the inpatient unit, outpatient services at one
of 10 clinics in the surrounding area, and
home health care services.
