Living well with diabetes

St. Luke's Diabetes Care Program helps patients live their best possible lives through diabetes education and support. Since 1991, our program has been nationally recognized by the American Diabetes Association, verifying the outstanding care that patients experience with our certified diabetes educators, registered nurses, registered dietitians and licensed psychologists. Many insurance companies and Medicare will pay for diabetes education.
