Dr. David Hutchinson

Dr. Hutchinson attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Duluth Family Medicine Residency Program. He is involved actively in state and national family medicine organizations. He is married to Gloria Piche, the programming director for Lakeview Montessori Preschool. They have four children – Jonas (12), Declon (10), Riley (8) and Naida (6).
Dr. Hutchinson is active as Lakewood Township Supervisor, Boy Scout parent leader and youth recreational soccer coach.

He formerly worked in rural practice with Gateway Family Health Clinic in Moose Lake, and still enjoys working in the Emergency Department at Mercy Hospital in Moose Lake occasionally. He enjoys teaching and worked 10 years as assistant director at the Duluth Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Hutchinson joined St. Luke's in 2010 to help open a new clinic at Lester River.
