Dr. Steven Bonin joined St. Luke's Radiation Oncology Associates in
2005. Dr. Bonin is board certified in radiation oncology. He is also a
member of the American Board of Radiology and the American Society for
Radiation Oncology.
Dr. Bonin chose to specialize in radiation oncology both because of the
interesting scientific research aspects and because it is such a direct
approach to fighting cancer. He believes in the importance of continuously
learning about the most up-to-date cancer treatments, but focuses on maintaining
a personal approach in his practice.
While in medical school in Rochester, Dr. Bonin grew to love living in
Minnesota. St. Luke’s provided him with an opportunity to practice
the nature of care he was hoping for and to live in the “Land of
10,000 Lakes.”
In his free time, Dr. Bonin enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years
and his four children. They enjoy traveling, particularly to southern
California where they can take advantage of the warm weather and visit
extended family.
