Dr. Jarrod Buresh

Dr. Buresh graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota. His medical training was done at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Buresh's surgical residency was completed in Detroit, Michigan at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital. His further training in vascular surgery was completed at Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Buresh and his family wanted to practice closer to their family in South Dakota, but also wanted to be close to the Great Lakes they had become fond of over the previous eight years. They spend their free time enjoying all the outdoor activities that the Twin Ports offers.

Wound Management – diabetic limb salvage, diabetic ulcers, venous leg ulcers, ischemic/arterial ulcers, pressure ulcers, non-healing traumatic/surgical wounds, chronic wounds, Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, skin substitues, epidermal grafting.
