Patient Condition Reports
St. Luke's policy is to provide one-word condition reports to media
representatives. Requests must include the patient's full name. Requests
will be denied if the patient or the family have requested that no information
be released.
To receive a report during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30
p.m.), contact Melissa Burlaga at
218.249.2988.
After business hours or for weekend condition reports, call
218.249.5555 and ask for the Administrative Supervisor.
