Billing and Insurance
St. Luke's Urgent Care accepts Medicare, Medical Assistance and most commercial insurance and health plans. If you have questions about insurance coverage at our Urgent Care, please call your insurance or health plan.
Co-pays or minimum cash payments are collected at the time of your Urgent Care visit. We will bill your primary and secondary insurance claims for you. After payment is received from your insurance provider, you will be billed for deductibles, additional co-pays and services not covered by your insurance. A finance charge of 1 percent per month may be applied to patient balances that are more than 90 days past due.
For elective procedures not covered by insurance, please talk to the business office about payment arrangements before you have the procedure.
St. Luke's accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you need help with payment arrangements, please talk to a patient account representative at Urgent Care.
